Fat Loss and NOT By What You See on the Scale!

It is great if you are able to check your body fat level this way but if you can't then I have some simple methods that will not cost you anything. Since fat is much less dense than muscle it means it takes up more space on your body so one of the best ways to tell if you are losing body fat is if your old clothes begin to be looser fitting on your body. Another great way to tell if you are losing body fat is to take a photo of yourself when you start trying to lose weight and then take another photo every week or so and you will begin to notice the positive changes in your body. A tip on taking the pictures is to take them in exactly the same way wearing the same clothes, in the exactly the same place, etc. Ultimately when you reduce your body fat level you will notice a decrease in what you see on the scale however you should never judge you overall weight loss success by your scale weight.
